This month we celebrate a significant milestone for an inspiring colleague and core member of the Dr. Sauer & Partners team – Emma Barnes, who marks 15 years with the company.
Emma’s 15 years with the company have been vital in the transformation of the business. As Head of HR, she has played a pivotal role in shaping our culture, championing diversity, and nurturing talent across the business. Her dedication was instrumental in increasing female representation in engineering at Dr. Sauer & Partners, something she was recognised for in 2019 when she was shortlisted by New Civil Engineer for its Contribution to Gender Diversity Award, a compelling legacy in a traditionally male-dominated field. Today, she continues to work with the international offices of the business to champion equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring all employees have the opportunity to grow, contribute, and thrive.
Emma’s dedication, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment to people have made her a cornerstone of our team, and Emma embodies the principal values of Dr. Sauer & Partners.
