Earlier this month, the Dr. Sauer & Partners team in Toronto had a busy and fruitful visit to Vancouver for the Tunnelling Association of Canada’s Conference: “Tunneling for the Future – Sustainable and Smart”.

Next Wednesday, Dr. Sauer & Partners’ Senior Associate, Bethan Haig will present to the Geotechnical Society as part of an Engineers Ireland event.

Next month, the ITA Tunnelling Awards return for the 8th year and Dr. Sauer & Partners’ Managing Director in Israel has been asked to join the judging panel. 

The annual Cutting Edge Conference takes place 14-16th November 2022 in Long Beach, California and will examine the latest advances in tunnelling technology, its methodology and how they can be harnessed to assist the nation’s major upcoming underground projects. Franz Wilhelmstoetter & Juergen Laubbichler will present on Monday during the conference proceedings.

On Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th November 2022, the 13th Conference for Construction & Infrastructure will take place at the Expo in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dr. Sauer & Partners will be speaking and exhibiting. 

The Highway 401 & 409 Rail Tunnel Project that the Dr. G. Sauer & Partners team in Canada worked on alongside WSP Canada Inc. for Toronto Tunnel Partners (a joint venture led by Strabag Inc. and Ellis Don) has been shortlisted for the NCE Tunnelling Festival Awards 2022! 

Dr. Sauer & Partners' UK MD, Brian Lyons was invited to join the panel discussion at Ground Engineering's Smart Geotechnics event looking at how emerging technologies are shaping our current and future ways of working. 

For this year's TechFest, Dr. Sauer & Partners’ UK Managing Director, Brian Lyons  has been asked to join the judging panel that will decide the winners.... 

As part of International Women in Engineering Day,  Dr. Sauer & Partners’ Andrea Pamsl was invited to present at UK Parliament. 

Dr. Sauer & Partners were present at the NAT 2022 in Philadelphia, a great opportunity to meet friends and colleagues from the North American tunnelling industry.
