Our last update from Bank Station Capacity Upgrade Project

Final excavation and support steps for tunnelling on the London Underground Bank Station Capacity Upgrade project were completed in early July 2020, just under 3.5 years after construction began in February 2017.

An update from the 401 Crossing

The highway 401 Rail Tunnel project consists of two tunnels, each 188m long with a maximum overburden of 2-5m. Dr. Sauer & Partners delivered the tunnel design for the Toronto Tunnel Partners (TTP).

Developing construction alternatives for Thames Tideway Central

Tideway is upgrading London’s sewer system to cope with the city’s growing population.  Dr. Sauer & Partners supported the Ferrovial Laing O’Rourke JV and its main designers proposing alternatives to improve the construction sequence of the six junctions between main TBM tunnel and connection tunnels.
